Our story

From a cluttered inbox to a platform used by hundreds

In 2022, Arjun Kapoor was running a small travel agency in Jaipur. Every week, he'd spend 10–15 hours building itineraries in Microsoft Word — copying hotel names, fixing formatting, manually adding photos. His team was doing the same. It was exhausting.

He talked to dozens of other agents and discovered everyone had the same problem. Some used Excel, some used PowerPoint, some paid designers to build PDF templates. None of it was built for the way travel agencies actually work.

Together with Meera Nair, a software engineer and travel enthusiast, Arjun built the first version of Itinerika in six weeks. They launched with 10 beta agencies. Within three months, 500 agencies were using it. The need was real — they just had to build the solution.

Today, Itinerika helps travel agencies across India create professional itineraries that win more clients, reduce operational overhead, and build stronger brands. We're just getting started.
