What we mean by a good lead
Most lead sellers say “100% verified” about everything they touch. We would rather tell you precisely what has and has not happened to a lead before it reaches you, and let you pick.
Verified and instant, in plain words
These two words do a lot of work on other people's websites. Here is exactly what each one means on ours.
Verified
Our team phoned the traveller before the lead went out. We confirmed the number works, that the trip is real, roughly when they want to travel, and that they still want quotes.
It does not mean we sold them anything or made a pitch. It does not mean they have agreed to book with you. And it does not buy us extra time — a verified lead still reaches you inside 2 hours, not three days later with a “verified” sticker on it.
Instant — not yet called
Untouched. Nobody has spoken to this traveller, including us. We passed their request straight to you while it was still warm instead of holding it back to make a call.
What it is never: a lead we called, failed to reach or got a “not interested” from, and then quietly sold as unverified. Those do not go out at all. Many agencies pick this tier on purpose — they want to be the first voice the traveller hears.
Every lead is stamped with its own age
We commit to 2 hours from the traveller's enquiry to the lead being in your hands. More importantly, we show you the actual gap on every card, every time.
Why it matters
A travel enquiry is worth most in the first few minutes. The same lead a day later is a different, much worse product — and most sellers never tell you which one you bought.
What we show
The enquiry time and the delivery time, on the lead card in your portal. Nothing is rounded in our favour.
What it means for verified leads
Our call happens inside that window too. Verification is not an excuse to slow a lead down.

“Looking for a 4N package with snow points, leaving from Delhi.”
This is the whole card. There is no second screen, no unlock, no credits.
Three agencies, and not one more
The number other sellers bury in a FAQ, printed on your lead card instead.
1
Exclusive
Only you. We do not resell it later, at any price, to anyone — including after you have stopped working it.
2–3
Shared
Up to 3 agencies, decided by how many want that destination that week. Your card says how many have it.
4+
Never
There is no tier, no discount and no busy week where a fourth agency gets the same traveller.
Every field, on delivery
No credits, no unlock screen, no partially hidden phone number.
First-party, or we don't sell it
Every lead starts on a form we built, from a click we paid for. We do not buy lists.
Our replacement policy, in full
Verified leads: 48 hours
Could not reach them at all? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send your call records. If not one call connected, we replace the lead. We ask for the records because the promise only means something if it is checked — on both sides.
Instant leads: judged as a batch
Individually, they are not replaceable — nobody has called that traveller yet and that is the deal. But a batch that fails completely is a different matter. Bought ten and not one person answered? Raise a ticket. We compare your records with ours and replace what the review supports. We would rather lose a few leads than have you feel cheated.
What we do not call a bad lead
A traveller who answers and says they are still deciding. One who went with another agency. One whose budget turned out to be lower than yours. Those are real enquiries that did not convert — which happens to every lead from every source, including the ones you generate yourself.
What we will never do
- Resell a lead list we bought from someone else
- Mask the phone number until you pay to unlock it
- Hold a lead back for days and still call it fresh
- Put more than three agencies on one lead
- Lock you into a contract or a monthly minimum
Read all that and still have a doubt?
Good — ask it. We would rather answer one awkward question now than have you buy a batch you were never comfortable with.
