Exclusivity
A lead only you can call costs more than one shared with up to 3 agencies. You are paying for the other two not to have it.
Whether we called first
A verified lead has our team's time in it — the call, the confirmation, and the replacement promise that comes with it.
Destination and season
Char Dham in May and Manali in December cost more per click to generate, so they cost more per lead. In a quiet month they cost less.
How many you take
Steady volume is easier for us to plan campaigns around than a one-off batch, and the price reflects that.
Work it out on your own numbers
Your margin and your conversion rate are the only two figures that matter, and only you know them. Here is the shape of it.

Change any of those three numbers to your own and the answer changes with them. A 4% conversion on cold-ish leads is a working assumption, not a promise — agencies that call within minutes do better, and agencies that call the next morning do worse.
When we replace a lead, and when we don't
Verified leads
If you cannot reach the traveller within 48 hours of delivery, tell us and show your call records. If not one call connected, we replace the lead. That is the promise you are paying the verified premium for.
Instant leads
Not individually replaceable, and not refundable. Nobody has called that traveller yet, including us — that is what you are buying and why it costs less. But if a batch fails as a whole, say you bought ten and not a single person answered, raise a ticket. We look at the numbers, check them against our own records, and replace what the review supports.
Why there are no refunds
The click that created the lead is already paid for, and the enquiry is real whether or not that person picks up. People fill forms at midnight and change their minds by morning — it happens to every lead source in this business, including the ones you generate yourself. What we will not do is keep your money for a batch that was dead on arrival.
How paying actually works
- You top up or settle on agreed terms — we confirm both before the first lead is sent.
- Every lead in your portal shows what you were charged for it, so your invoice is never a surprise.
- Your monthly cap, if you set one, is a cap. We never push past it to hit a number.
- Stop whenever you like. There is nothing to cancel and no notice period.
