Refund & Cancellation Policy
What happens if you cancel — on an Itinerika subscription, or on a trip booked through a partner agency.

What this covers
This policy covers two different things, and they work differently: subscription payments made to Itinerika by partner travel agencies, and payments made to a partner agency for a trip you booked after enquiring here.
Agency subscriptions
Plans are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by writing to [billing contact email]; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not charge again after that.
One-time setup fees cover work already delivered and are non-refundable once the website is live. If you cancel, the site files built for you remain yours.
- Cancel within [14] days of a first paid period and we refund that period in full.
- After that window, part-months are not refunded — the plan simply runs to the end of the period.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method within [7–10] working days of approval.
Trips booked with a partner agency
Itinerika does not take payment for trips. When you book, your contract and your payment are with the partner travel agency, and their cancellation terms apply — those terms are set out in the quote and invoice they send you.
Cancellation charges for a trip usually depend on how close to departure you cancel, and on what the hotels, airlines and transport operators themselves charge. Ask the agency for their schedule in writing before you pay a deposit.
If an agency will not honour its own written terms, tell us at [support contact email]. We cannot refund you on their behalf, but we investigate every report and remove agencies that treat travellers unfairly.
If a trip is cancelled or changed
Where a partner agency cancels a confirmed trip, they are responsible for refunding what you paid them, less any amounts already spent on non-refundable services, and for telling you exactly what those were.
Where a change is forced by weather, government restrictions or another event outside anyone's control, agencies will normally offer a reschedule or a credit rather than a cash refund. What applies to your booking is whatever their written terms say.
How to request a refund
To ask for a refund from Itinerika for a subscription payment, send us:
- The account email and the invoice number.
- The date of the payment and the amount.
- A sentence on why you are asking — it helps us fix whatever went wrong.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the version that applies to a payment is the one published when the payment was made. This version was published on 23 September 2026.
