Terms of Service

These terms are between you and [Legal entity name] (“Itinerika”), registered at [registered office address], India. By using this website, sending an enquiry, or signing in to the CRM, you accept them.

If you are using Itinerika on behalf of a travel agency, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that agency.

Itinerika is two things: a marketplace where travellers compare holiday packages and request quotes, and software that travel agencies use to build itineraries, invoices and vouchers.

For marketplace enquiries we are an intermediary. The trip itself — the flights, hotels, transfers and activities — is arranged, priced and delivered by the partner travel agency you are matched with. Your travel contract is with that agency, not with Itinerika.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately at [security contact email] if you think an account has been compromised.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or puts other users at risk.

Prices shown on package pages are indicative starting prices for the stated occupancy and season. A quote becomes binding only when the partner agency confirms it in writing with the final inclusions, dates and price.

Sending an enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Failure to pay may lead to suspension of access.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — logos, photos, itinerary text, client records. You grant us the licence needed to host and display that content in order to run the service for you.

You confirm you have the rights to what you upload, and that it is lawful, accurate and not misleading. We may remove content that breaches these terms or a third party's rights.

When using Itinerika you agree not to:

• Submit false enquiries, scrape the catalogue, or interfere with the service or its security.
• Impersonate another agency or misrepresent the trips you are selling.
• Upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or use the platform to send unsolicited marketing.

Itinerika is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content, including prices and availability supplied by partner agencies.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the [12] months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We are not liable for the performance of a trip sold by a partner agency; claims about a trip are between you and that agency.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [city] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date above shows the current version, published on 23 September 2026. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
