Arrive in Shimla in the morning and meet the group transport. Drive drive towards Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibetan border on the Indian side. Often described as a fairy-tale village, Chitkul is famous for its breathtaking Himalayan landscapes, snow-capped peaks, traditional houses, and peaceful surroundings. Enjoy a leisurely walk through the village, admire the natural beauty, and interact with the local people to learn about their culture and lifestyle. After exploring Chitkul, return to Sangla for lunch (at your own expense). Later, visit Sangla Meadows, also known as Sangla Kanda, a beautiful natural attraction covered in lush greenery and surrounded by magnificent snow-capped Himalayan mountains. The meadows offer panoramic views of the Kinner Kailash range and provide an excellent opportunity to witness traditional Himachali huts, local customs, and village life. You can also visit the scenic Baspa River, which flows through the beautiful Sangla Valley. Enjoy the peaceful riverside surroundings, capture memorable photographs, and admire the stunning mountain scenery. The area is popular for nature walks, camping, and trekking activities, subject to local conditions. The rest of the day is free for leisure, or you may explore nearby villages with your guide. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

After breakfast, we will drive towards Kalpa, a beautiful Himalayan village located above Reckong Peo in the Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh. Surrounded by apple orchards, dense chilgoza forests and breathtaking mountain scenery, Kalpa is renowned for its spectacular views of the sacred Kinnaur Kailash mountain range. En route, enjoy the scenic beauty of the Sutlej River valley and the winding mountain roads. Upon arrival in Kalpa, check in to your hotel and relax. Later, admire the magnificent views of Kinnaur Kailash, whose peaks and sacred Shivling rock are known for their changing colours throughout the day, depending on the sunlight and weather. Explore the peaceful village, visit local temples if time permits, and enjoy the serene Himalayan atmosphere. Kalpa offers a wonderful opportunity to experience the traditional culture of Kinnaur, picturesque apple orchards and unforgettable mountain sunsets. After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive towards Tabo, entering the beautiful Spiti Valley, popularly known as the Cold Desert of the Himalayas. En route, enjoy breathtaking views of the rugged mountains, deep valleys and picturesque Himalayan landscapes. Continue your journey to Nako, a peaceful and scenic Himalayan village situated at approximately 3,600 metres above sea level. Located near the Indo-Tibetan border, Nako is famous for its beautiful lake, traditional houses and serene surroundings. Take a leisurely walk through the village and visit the picturesque Nako Lake, surrounded by barren mountains. If time permits, explore the nearby Buddhist monasteries and enjoy the unique culture and tranquillity of this remote Himalayan hamlet. Proceed towards Gue Village, subject to road conditions and access permissions. Visit the monastery housing the remarkable naturally preserved mummy of Sangha Tenzin, a Buddhist monk believed to be several centuries old. This rare historical attraction offers a glimpse into the spiritual heritage and traditions of the Spiti region. After sightseeing, continue your drive to Tabo. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. time permits, visit the famous Tabo Monastery, often called the Ajanta of the Himalayas. Founded in 996 CE, this ancient Buddhist monastery is renowned for its historic murals, intricate stucco sculptures, traditional temples and centuries-old Buddhist heritage. The monastery complex includes several temples and stupas, making it one of the most significant centres of Indo-Tibetan Buddhist culture. Spend the evening enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of Tabo, surrounded by the spectacular landscapes of the Spiti Valley.

This morning, after breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey towards Dhankar Monastery and Pin Valley. En route, visit the historic Dhankar Monastery, situated at an altitude of approximately 3,894 metres above sea level. Perched dramatically on a cliff overlooking the confluence of the Spiti and Pin Rivers, this ancient monastery offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Spiti Valley. Explore its traditional Buddhist architecture, ancient murals, centuries-old Thangka paintings, and the famous statue of Vairochana Buddha. Dhankar was once the traditional capital of the Spiti Kingdom and is an important landmark of the region’s cultural and spiritual heritage. If weather and time permit, you may also undertake the Dhankar Lake trek, which generally takes around 1–2 hours or longer depending on your pace and trail conditions. The lake offers beautiful mountain views and a peaceful natural setting. After sightseeing, continue your drive towards Pin Valley National Park, a spectacular cold-desert region known for its rugged mountains, unique landscapes, and rich wildlife. The valley is home to rare Himalayan species, including the elusive snow leopard and ibex, and is an important centre of Nyingmapa Buddhist culture. Proceed to Mudh Village, one of the most picturesque villages in Pin Valley. Enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains, traditional Spitian houses, and the peaceful atmosphere of this remote Himalayan settlement. Spend some time exploring the village and capturing memorable photographs. Later, drive towards Kaza, enjoying the scenic landscapes along the way. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel, relax, and enjoy dinner.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of the beautiful Spiti Valley, exploring its ancient monasteries, remote Himalayan villages, high-altitude landscapes and unique local culture. Visit Key Monastery Begin your day with a visit to the famous Key Monastery, one of the largest and most important Buddhist monasteries in Spiti Valley. Perched dramatically on a hilltop, the monastery offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the Spiti River valley. Visit Kibber Village & Chicham Bridge Continue to Kibber, a picturesque high-altitude village known for its traditional houses, scenic mountain views and unique Himalayan lifestyle. From Kibber, proceed to the spectacular Chicham Bridge, one of the major attractions of Spiti Valley. Suspended high above a deep gorge, this impressive bridge connects Chicham Village with the Kibber side and offers breathtaking views of the rugged Himalayan landscape. Spend some time enjoying the scenery and capturing memorable photographs. Visit Hikkim Village – The Famous Post Office Proceed to Hikkim, a remote Himalayan village famous for its high-altitude post office. Send postcards to your friends and family, subject to the post office being open, and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Visit Komic Village & Monastery Next, visit Komic, one of the highest villages in the world accessible by a motorable road, situated at approximately 4,500 metres above sea level. Explore the ancient Komic Monastery, also known as Komic Lundup Tsemo Gompa, and admire its traditional architecture, colourful monastery walls and spectacular mountain views. Visit Langza Village – The Fossil Village Continue to Langza, one of the most picturesque villages in Spiti Valley, located at approximately 4,200 metres above sea level. The village is famous for its giant Buddha statue, traditional houses and magnificent views of the Himalayan peaks, including Chau Chau Kang Nilda. Langza is also known for marine fossils dating back to the time when this region lay beneath the ancient Tethys Sea. After completing the sightseeing tour, drive back to Kaza and spend the evening at leisure.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive towards the magnificent Chandratal Lake, one of the most beautiful high-altitude lakes in the Himalayas, situated at approximately 4,300 metres above sea level in the Pir Panjal range. Enjoy the scenic drive through the rugged landscapes of Spiti Valley, surrounded by barren mountains, dramatic valleys and breathtaking Himalayan views. Upon reaching the Chandratal region, proceed towards the campsite. From the designated parking area, the lake is accessible on foot. Visit Chandratal Lake Chandratal, meaning Moon Lake, is famous for its crescent-shaped appearance and crystal-clear waters. During the day, the lake often reflects beautiful shades of blue, while the surrounding scenery creates a spectacular natural panorama. The lake lies on the Samudra Tapu plateau and is a popular destination for nature lovers, photographers and trekkers. Spend some time enjoying the peaceful surroundings, capturing memorable photographs and admiring the untouched beauty of the Himalayas. Later, return to your campsite and enjoy the serene mountain atmosphere beneath the starry sky.

Early morning, wake up amidst the beautiful Himalayan surroundings and enjoy breakfast at the campsite. After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Manali via the scenic mountain route, subject to road and weather conditions. Enjoy breathtaking views of the rugged mountains, valleys and rivers along the way. Upon arrival in Manali, you will be dropped at the designated Volvo bus station for your onward overnight journey to Delhi.
